By accessing, viewing or using the materials or services that are accessible in or through the “Website” or to the accessible “Contents” in or through the “Website” or other web pages or computer applications, the user implies that he understands and accepts these “General Conditions” as a legal equivalent to a binding document signed by a person in his/her private capacity and with the necessary legal ability for accessing the present page.

Under no circumstances may the user engage in the following activities:

• Make acts against the Intellectual Property and/or Industrial rights of the legitimate holders.
• Cause damage in the computer systems of T-TIME BELOW THE LINE, S.L, of their suppliers or of third parties and/or introduce or spread computer virus, harmful code or software or other type of systems that might damage or alter the computer systems, or might cause non authorized alterations to the contents, programmes or systems accessible through the materials or services of the Web Site and/or of the Contents, or in the information systems, files and data-processing equipment of the users, or the non authorized access to any materials and services of the Web Site and/or of the Contents.

4. USER REGISTRATION FOR CERTAIN SERVICES

T-TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L reserves the right to ask for the registration of the users in order to access to certain services or information of the Web Site and/or of the Contents. For those services, the interested person will have to proceed to Registration as a User. The register is compulsory and the User will be asked for some data of his user profile. T-TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L. puts at the users disposal a series of links, banners or other kind of links that may give the user access to third parties web sites. The access to other third parties web pages through those connexions or “links” will be made under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users; and T-TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L. will not be responsible, in any case, of the damages that may arise from those uses or activities.

T-TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L. does not guarantee the continuous access, neither the correct display, download nor the utility of the elements and the information comprised in the page www.greentripcanarias.com that may be frustrated, complicated or interrupted by factors and circumstances beyond their control or choice, not even for those that have been caused by a computer internet virus.

T-TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L. is exempt of any responsibility of damages in any concept and nature in the following cases:

• Due to connexion impossibility or difficulties, used to access the Web Site and/or the Contents, service interruptions, delays, errors, malfunction of it, with independence of the type of connexion or technical means utilised by the user.

• Due to damages that the information, contents, products, provided services, announcements, hosted, transmitted or offered by third parties foreign to T-TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L., might cause, including the services suppliers of the information society, through a web site to which one may access by un existing link in this site.
• By any damage or in the software or hardware of the user, derived from the access to the Web Site and/or to the Contents of TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L or the use of the information or elements in them comprised.

9. JURISDICTION

In case of controversy or conflict that may be derived from the interpretation or the compliance of the present Legal Notice, they will be resolved before the courts of law of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

If any clause or section of the present General Conditions, not being one of essential for its existence, is declared to be invalid or inapplicable, the validity of the rest of the clauses will not be affected.

10. GENERALITES

Any clause or disposition of the present General Conditions that is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, will be excluded and considered non applicable to the scope of such illegality, disability or unenforceability; and will be replaced by a similar to the previous one, but that it will not affect or damage the rest of the dispositions, which will be apart of any clause or illegal, invalid or unenforceable disposition and will rest, to the contrary, fully current.

T-TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L. excludes any king of guarantee and, therefore, is free of any responsibility derived from the already expressed points, as well as other aspects that may not be contemplated in the present document.

All information received in the Web Site and/or through the Contents will be considered as a cession without valuable consideration to T-TIME BELOW THE LINE S.L.
